RETURNS
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been completed.
We offer a return service if a product you ordered is not to your liking. To make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, must not have been used or washed, must not show signs of wear or stains, must have all tags and be contained in its original packaging, and must be returned no later than 14 days from receipt of the order.
Stilea reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer, who must use a trackable shipping method to ensure proper delivery.

Once the return is accepted, we will provide you with shipping instructions via email.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method only after the product has been received, inspected, and approved.
Items sent without a prior return request will not be refunded.
Returns are not accepted for gift cards, sale items, or purchases with promotional discounts.

EXCHANGES
The fastest and easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item received, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
*Once the return is made, the availability of a different size is not guaranteed and depends on the stock available in the warehouse. It is advisable to check availability on the website first.
CUSTOMS FEES
Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Stilea.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once the tracking number is provided, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer, who must contact the courier directly for any claims or refund requests if tracking shows as delivered but the package has not been received.
